Este ensaio tem como objetivo pensar de que forma o que Bertold Brecht e Hannah Arendt chamaram de tempos sombrios influencia diretamente o campo artístico. Uso um dramaturgo e uma cientista política como referência por considerar que suas posições podem explicar um fenômeno que se repete no campo da política e pulveriza negativamente ou não o campo da arte. Pensaremos aqui no contexto que antecede a pandemia e passa pelos efeitos da mesma diante da imposição de um novo normal, mais ou menos difícil dependendo do Estado e suas deliberações. Arte e ativismo político estão presentes como forma de apresentarmos posições e ações artísticas. 

Abstract

This essay aims to think how what Bertold Brecht and Hannah Arendt called dark times directly influences the artistic field. I use a playwright and a political scientist as a reference because I consider that their positions can explain a phenomenon that is repeated in the field of politics and negatively pulverises or not the field of art. We will think here of the context that precedes the pandemic and goes through the effects of the pandemic before the imposition of a new normal, more or less difficult depending on the State and its deliberations. Art and political activism are present as a way to present positions and artistic actions.
