Resumen

El libro trata acerca de algunas premisas sobre la actuación en el teatro contemporáneo, sobre la crisis de la representación y el acercamiento entre el teatro y los procedimientos del Performance Art, sobre la enseñanza y el aprendizaje de técnicas actorales, sobre la actuación en el aquí y ahora y el concepto de presencia escénica y, finalmente, reivindica la performance como núcleo del teatro.

Abstract

The book deals with some premises about acting in contemporary theater, about the crisis of representation and the rapprochement between theater and Performance Art procedures, about the teaching and learning of acting techniques, about acting in the here and now and the concept of scenic presence and, finally, claims the acting as the nucleus of theater.
