Resumen
Este estudio esboza un análisis sintético de la escritura subversiva en la narrativa de Reinaldo Arenas, escritor anticastrista cubano por excelencia. Esta escritura está vinculada a los resortes que conforman la actitud transgresora o irreverente del novelista frente a los valores y normas establecidos, al tiempo que se convierte en un grito de protesta y denuncia contra las limitaciones que coartan la libertad de expresión. La obra de Arenas, condenada por su diversificación ideológica, es decir, por contravenir la línea oficial dictada por el régimen castrista, celebra el espíritu de rebeldía e irreverencia, como rechazo a ceder ante el oportunismo y la mediocridad cotidiana, al tiempo que subraya la postura anticonformista del autor frente al contexto represivo. El objetivo de este estudio es resaltar las prácticas textuales y los contenidos temáticos que subrayan el carácter subversivo de algunas de las novelas de Arenas.

Abstract
This study is a synthetic analysis of subversive writing in the narrative of Reinaldo Arenas, a relevant Cuban anti-Castrist writer. This writing is linked to the motivations that build the novelist's transgressive or irreverent attitude towards established values and norms, while becoming a cry of protest and denunciation against the limitations that restrict freedom of expression. Arenas’ work, condemned for its ideological diversification, that is, for infringing the official line dictated by the Castro regime, praises the spirit of rebellion and irreverence, as a refusal to yield to opportunism and daily mediocrity, while highlighting the author's non-conformist stance against the repressive context. The aim of this study is to highlight the textual practices and thematic contents that underline the subversive nature of some of Arenas’ novels.
