Resumen

Bifrost, de Marcelo Damonte, trata de una novela fluvial inspirada en las roadmovies, en la que ocho pasajeros realizarán un viaje en una barcaza, pero más que un viaje por el río Amazonas será un viaje a la difusa frontera entre la realidad y la ficción, dos mundos distintos que están más conectados de lo que aparentan. Este fantástico viaje mostrará acontecimientos insólitos, como lo será la antropofagia, la presencia casi invisible de un misterioso pasajero no humano y la metamorfosis que experimentarán los personajes en esta fantástica historia que extraviará la casi imperceptible línea divisoria entre la ficción y la realidad, siendo esta una de las mayores maravillas de la literatura fantástica: mostrar un mundo de posibilidades más allá de los límites.

Abstract

The novel Bifrost, by Marcelo Damonte, is a river novel inspired by road movies, in which eight passengers will take a trip on a barge, but more than a trip along the Amazon River it will be a trip to the blurred border between reality and fiction, two different worlds that are more connected than they seem. This fantastic journey will show unusual events, such as anthropophagy, the almost invisible presence of a mysterious non-human passenger and the metamorphosis that the characters will experience in this fantastic story that will lose the almost imperceptible dividing line between fiction and reality, this being one of the greatest wonders of fantasy literature: showing a world of possibilities beyond limits.
