Resumen:
La producción literaria femenina española de origen marroquí está ganando terreno en estos últimos años. En muchas de las obras de este género se trata, implícita o explícitamente, la cuestión identitaria. Karima Ziali y Meryem El Mehdati reflejan en sus novelas la construcción identitaria a partir de elementos tales como la cultura, la educación, la familia, la religión y la condición de género. Ambas autoras nacidas en Marruecos y siendo sus primeras obras, ponen de relieve a partir de los personajes principales la precariedad juvenil, la discriminación social, dudas existenciales y la visión del otro en el contexto del siglo XXI. Por un lado, Karima Ziali es criada en Cataluña, y en su novela Una oración sin Dios (2023) presenta con un tono filosófico y a través de una trama intrigante los problemas cotidianos de Morad, su malestar, y la relación especial que comparte con su madre. Por otro lado, en Supersaurio (2022), el libro de Meryem El Mehdati, que crece en Gran Canaria, narra con un tono humorístico la frustración, la incertidumbre y las luchas en el mundo laboral que vive el personaje principal, que lleva el nombre de la misma autora. En el siguiente trabajo analizaremos la construcción de la identidad de ambos protagonistas a partir de cuatro prismas: la identidad familiar, cultural, religiosa y nacional. El objetivo es contrastar los elementos identitarios en las dos obras y demostrar que, aunque la identidad de los españoles hijos de inmigrantes marroquíes tiene una misma base, se manifiesta de forma única según cada individuo.

Abstract:
Spanish female literary production of Moroccan origin is gaining ground in recent years. In many of the works of this genre the identity question is addressed, implicitly or explicitly. Karima Ziali and Meryem El Mehdati reflect in their novels the construction of identity based on elements such as culture, education, family, religion and gender status. Both authors were born in Morocco and, being their first works, they highlight, through the main characters, youth precariousness, social discrimination, the vision of the other and existential doubts in society in the context of the 21st century. On the one hand, Karima Ziali was raised in Cataluña, and in her novel Una oración sin Dios (2023) she presents with a philosophical tone and through an intriguing plot Morad's daily problems, her discomfort, and the special relationship she has with her mother. On the other hand, in Supersaurio (2022), the book by Meryem El Mehdati, who grows up in Gran Canaria, narrates with a humorous tone the frustration, uncertainty and struggles in the world of work experienced by the main character, who bears the name from the same author. In the following work we will analyze the construction of the identity of both protagonists from four prisms: family, cultural, religious and national identity. The objective is to contrast the identity elements in the two works and demonstrate that, although the identity of the Spanish children of Moroccan immigrants has the same basis, it is manifested in a unique way according to each individual.
