Resumen

El presente artículo aborda la manera en la cual la dramaturga mexicana Virginia Hernández López (1959) configura la construcción del sujeto femenino migrante en dos de sus obras. Sin perder de vista los diferentes estados de violencia a los que se encuentra subordinada en relación con el cruce y el espacio de la frontera, Hernández igualmente establece una visbilización y denuncia hacia la realidad evidenciada en la migración y a la propia subalternidad del sujeto inserto en este contexto.

Abstract

This article approaches how the Mexican playwright Virginia Hernández López (1959) configures the construction of the female migrant subject in two of her dramatic works. Without losing sight of the different states of violence to which it is subordinated, related to the crossing and border space, Hernandez also establishes visibility and denunciation of the reality evidenced in migration and the subalternity of the subject inserted in this context.
