O ensaio visa discutir acerca das teorias itinerantes que migram para as periferias dos centros não hegemônicos do globo. Assentado nos postulados da teoria da crítica biográfica fronteiriça, e tendo a fronteira-sul como metáfora para a discussão, propõe uma reflexão que pontua como se deve negocias com as teorias itinerantes quando são aportadas nas margens. Sem ignorá-las, mas também sem o compromisso de aplicá-las nas discussões feitas nas bordas, o ensaio sinaliza como saída crítica estratégica uma epistemologia fronteiriça que contemple de forma mais justa e precisa as reflexões feitas dessas zonas esquecidas pelo pensamento moderno.

 

When as itinerant theories scratches in southern theories

Abstract

The essay aims to discuss the itinerant theories that migrate to the peripheries of the non-hegemonic centers of the globe. Based on the postulates of the theory of biographical frontier criticism, and having the south-boundary as a metaphor for the discussion, it proposes a reflection that points out how one negotiates with the itinerant theories when they are brought to the margins. Without ignoring them, but also without the commitment to apply them to the discussions at the edges, the essay signals as strategic critical exit a border epistemology that more accurately and accurately contemplates the reflections made of these zones forgotten by modern thought.
