Ponencia presentada en el Congreso Internacional de Literatura y Estudios Hispánicos en Lima, Perú (marzo, 2020) con el título: “Dos recurrencias temáticas en ‘Chaco’ de Liliana Colanzi”.

Porque el cuento “Chaco” de la autora boliviana Liliana Colanzi reta al lector a decidir entre estado psicológico o precepto folklórico como mecanismos para precisar la suerte del homicida, este acercamiento señala los dispositivos de una red binaria y el verbo para mediante ellos iluminar la temática de crimen y castigo, eje de la trama.

Abstract

Because "Chaco" by the Bolivian author Liliana Colanzi challenges the reader to decide between psychological state or folkloric precepts as mechanisms to determine the fate of the murderer, this study points to the devices of a binary network, and the verb to illuminate through them the theme of crime and punishment, axis of the plot.
