Michel de Certeau

Resumo

O objetivo deste artigo é dialogar com o pensador francês Michel de Certeau, em especial com a obra A Cultura no plural, para estabelecer conceitos e noções que possam auxiliar os analistas e formuladores das políticas culturais no América Latina. Certeau é relativamente bem referenciado entre os pesquisadores brasileiros sobre a organização cultural, mas a partir do debate sobre a noção de cultura. Deste modo, pretende-se ampliar a recepção do autor no campo de estudos sobre política cultural no país.

Abstract

The aim of this article is to engage in dialogue with the French thinker Michel de Certeau, especially with his work The Culture in the Plural, in order to establish concepts and notions that can assist analysts and formulators of cultural policies in contemporary Latin American. Certeau is relatively well-referenced among Brazilian researchers on cultural organization, but primarily from the perspective of the debate on the notion of culture. Thus, the intention is to broaden the reception of the author in the field of cultural policy studies in the country.
