El ensayo se propone dilucidar la producción de “nuda vida” (Agamben) en el momento actual del capitalismo neoliberal y globalizante, para el que ya no hay un exterior del sistema desde el que el individuo podría impugnarlo, resistirlo o revolucionarlo. ¿Qué espacio podría dar lugar a la justicia en este contexto? La noción de ‘in-empleado’ que propone Jorge Alemán requiere ser debatida en relación a esa no exterioridad del sistema, particularmente cuando las condiciones socio-económicas no cesan de incrementar el número de seres humanos segregados que ya no pueden ser reincorporados a las actividades productivas para sobrevivir. Tomando como base la pieza Hambre, de la dramaturga chiapaneca Merly Julieth Macías Rodríguez, la ponencia se enfoca en la situación actual donde la paternidad, la masculinidad y la autoridad de la ley, sin margen de demanda de justicia, termina capturada por un goce letal sin horizonte de esperanza en un sistema en el cual la violencia fundadora del derecho, tal como la ha planteado Walter Benjamin y luego Jacques Derrida, se muestra en toda su crueldad.
Abstract
The essay aims to elucidate the production of "bare life" (Agamben) at the present time of neoliberal and globalizing capitalism, for which there is no longer an outside of the system from which the individual could challenge, resist or revolutionize it. What space could give rise to justice in this context? The notion of 'in-employee' proposed by Jorge Alemán needs to be deconstructed in relation to this non-externality of the system, particularly when the socio-economic conditions do not cease to increase the number of secreted human beings that can no longer be reincorporated into productive activities to survive. Based on the piece Hambre [Hunger], by the Chiapas playwright Merly Julieth Macías Rodríguez, the essay focuses on the current situation where fatherhood, masculinity and the authority of the law, without a margin of demand for justice, ends up captured by a lethal enjoyment without a horizon of hope in a system in which the founding violence of law, as Walter Benjamin and later Jacques Derrida have put it, is shown in all its cruelty
